All other periods except Christmas
4 nights minimum stay - Winter
4 nights minimum stay - Summer
3 nights deposit per week to confirm reservation

Written Cancellation Policy Requirements
To receive deposit refund (less 6% processing fee), must cancel 60 days prior to arrival date.

Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year Reservation, must cancel by September 1

50% Deposit required.
